I created this practice as a safe, affirming space for those who think and feel deeply, especially neurodivergent and trauma-impacted individuals. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring lived experience and compassionate understanding to the work I do.

At Beautiful Way Counseling, you can expect therapy that is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity. I specialize in supporting adults navigating unmasking, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, and healing from past wounds.

    Connect from the comfort of your own space. Virtual sessions offer a grounded, consistent way to explore your inner world — especially for those who feel more at ease in familiar surroundings.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy

    Healing doesn’t have to happen indoors. Walk & Talk therapy takes place outside, combining movement, nature, & conversation to help ease the nervous system and open up new pathways for insight.
